At Hover, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement. Any communication received after this time period may not be eligible for return or replacement unless expressly covered by the product warranty.

If your purchase is covered by our 15-day free return policy, you may return the item within those 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that multiple returns from the same customer for the same product may not be processed.

We request that customers be present during delivery to thoroughly inspect the furniture and report any damage to the delivery agency at the time of delivery. In the event that damage is discovered after the delivery agency has left, the customer must report it to us within 24 hours for the possibility of a replacement.
